Practice data and preferences

The Android app stores your virtual balance, open positions, trade history, trade notes, saved instruments, and appearance preference on your device. The simulator uses this information to restore your practice session. It does not send these records to Omazin or to websites. Android backup is disabled for app data.

The web simulator stores its practice account in your browser’s local storage. The Android app and web simulator do not require registration. The native simulator does not include ads or an analytics SDK.

Hosting and in-app websites

When you visit paperapp.cc or the Android app requests its configuration at startup, the hosting and content delivery providers receive your IP address and standard connection details to deliver the response.

In web mode, Paper Trade opens the configured website inside the app. That site can receive connection details, use cookies or local storage, and process information you submit under its own privacy policy. Paper Trade does not share your local practice account with the site.

Retention and deletion

Your practice data stays on your device until you remove it. In the Android app, open Settings → Delete all app data and confirm to erase practice records, notes, saved instruments, preferences, and data stored by in-app websites. Android closes the app after clearing its data. Uninstalling also removes local app data. Resetting the practice account clears positions, trades, and notes.

For the web simulator, clear paperapp.cc site data in your browser. Portfolio → Reset account clears your practice positions and trade history and restores the starting balance. Contact the operator of any third-party website about data it holds.
